Feeding the Aggregate Bunkers
The aggregate bunkers are fed by either a loader or belt feeder mechanism. Aggregate from the belt feeder is conveyed to the bunker by a radial slewing belt conveyor or by a stationary belt conveyor feeding a riversible belt conveyor above the bunkers.
Mixer Units
It is the pan type forced mixer. Welded steel construction pan is manufactured from steel sheet with thickness of 10 mm. It’s bottom and inner walls are covered with linear plates against wear. Mixing arms are protected againts over loading by a spring mechanism. Mixing paddles are wear resistant Ni hard alloyed steel castings. Inner and outer scrapers prevent adhesion and solidification of concrete on the inner walls.
Control System
The plant can be operated by an operator through a semi-automatic or full computerized system. Reading dials of the aggregate, cement, water and additive materials, and the flow diagram are placed on the control board. The full computerized system has been designed to produce concrete in accordance with a variety of predescribed recipes and to control all functions automatically and recipes per day, week and month can be obtained.
