In the stabilization plants, when the various sizes crushed aggregate mixes; aggregate which fed through adjusted amounts by dosage bunkers to obtain compressible homogeneous material by moisturizing with a specific amount of water is collected in loading silo by conveying through the mixer.

The theoretical capacity of the stabilization plant is 400 t/h. The plant consist of aggregate bunkers, belt conveyor groups, mixer, loading silo, compressor, water pump and control panel.

When the mixer prepares the mixture with adding water to the aggregate, at the same time the prepared mixture is conveyed to the loading silo by the belt conveyor placed under the mixer. Discharging from the loading silo is carried out using both the pneumatic and mechanical systems.
